1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the Say app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Say Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is available as a free service with optional subscription plans.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application or its content is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

3. Subscription Terms

The Application offers a free plan and a Pro plan:

  • Free Plan: Unlimited expense tracking, 3 custom categories, multi-currency support, and basic analytics.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited SMS tracking, unlimited voice notes, full analytics & trends, multi-account support, unlimited custom categories, custom billing cycles, and CSV/PDF export. Pricing varies by region - see the app for current pricing in your location.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Manage subscriptions through your app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app marketplace (Apple App Store). The Service Provider does not handle refunds directly.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data. Note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; this must be done through the app store settings.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Voice notes are processed using AI and not stored after processing.
  • SMS messages are processed using AI to extract expense data. The raw SMS content is never stored - only the extracted expense information (amount, merchant, category) is saved.
  • Expense data is saved for analytics, trends, and personalized features.
  • We use third-party services like MixPanel, Sentry, and RevenueCat for analytics, error tracking, and subscription management.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or change subscription terms at any time. Any changes to subscription costs will be communicated before they take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Application requires an internet connection, and the Service Provider is not liable for any charges incurred from your mobile network provider.

9. App Updates

The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the Application at any time without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
